Roger The Kangaroo Cut From Tekken 7 Due to Animal Activist Fears
Roger Jr., the packing kangaroo, has been cut from the console table versions of Tekken 7 due to fear of animal activist protests.
Remember that microorganism video sooner in the year of a man rescuing his cad from a kangaroo by punching it in the face? Well, while hilarious for United States, it's been a headache for the folk over at Bandai Namco, who are cutting Tekken 7's fisticuffs kangaroo: Roger Jr., as a leave.
"In that respect was a video of a valet de chambre's dog being headlocked by a kangaroo, and atomic number 2 punched it in the side", executive producer Katsuhiro Harada said in an consultation with VG24/7. "Information technology turned into a big job. People were complaining some him punching a kangaroo. IT seems that in the last few years there's a lot more than cod-like activists – eve though they probably wouldn't play our game they would stock-still hear about that, about a kangaroo in our game being punched, and would complain about it."
While Roger Jr. is still currently in the arcade versions of Tekken 7 playable in Nippon right now, when the console and Personal computer versions of the game launch on June 2 this class, he will comprise cut.
Meantime, Kuma the bear, will remain in the game because a bear is "obviously stronger than a human existence".
